These are our smallest double rooms. The cosy rooms retain the character of our beautiful building and despite their snug proportions, these rooms work well for two people for a shorter stay or solo travellers for a longer stay. In our cozy standard double rooms we offer a double bed, walk in shower, complimentary bespoke toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities with a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary bottled water, complimentary Wi-Fi. These are non dog friendly rooms.

Our Residence accommodation is located in the adjoining building next door to the main hotel.
•Breakfast & Dinner: Served in the main Atholl Arms Hotel.
•Bar Service: Available at the hotel bar.
•Room Service for Residence Guests: Orders will be delivered to the Residence Lounge.
•Check-In & Check-Out: All arrivals and departures takes place at the main hotel building.

The Atholl Arms Hotel & Residence is a listed building, we are therefore limited with certain types of renovations. Listed buildings must maintain their original structural designs to preserve their history. Due to this, all of our rooms are located on the first, second and third floors. These floors are only accessible by stairs. Rooms are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users. We are sorry if means you are unable to stay with us.
