The Residence Splendid Riverview

Our Residence accommodation is located in a separate building adjacent to the main hotel. Guests staying in the Residence are kindly advised of the following:

• Breakfast and dinner are served in the main hotel building.

• Bar service is available exclusively at the hotel.

• Room service may be ordered and will be delivered to the Residence Lounge.

• Check-in and check-out take place at the main hotel reception.

With the finest and most beautiful outlook, these rooms include river view, king size bed, complimentary bespoke toiletries, complimentary water, tea & coffee making facilities with a Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary Wi-Fi. Most of the rooms have a bathtub and a shower over the tub.

As not all the riverside rooms can accommodate dogs, before reserving a room, please contact reception by phone to check if a dog friendly room is available.

The Atholl Arms Hotel & Residence is a listed building, we are therefore limited with certain types of renovations. Listed buildings must maintain their original structural designs to preserve their history. Due to this, all of our rooms are located on the first, second and third floors. These floors are only accessible by stairs. Rooms are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users. We are sorry if means you are unable to stay with us.
