The Residence Junior Suites
Please ensure that you select your room type carefully when making your reservation. Our Residence accommodation is located in a separate building adjacent to the main hotel.
The Junior Suites are spacious suites view amazing views to the River Tay. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The bathroom is with a bathtub and also a walk in shower. Room 29 is located on the 3rd floor and is with a walk in shower only These rooms include river view, king size bed, complimentary bespoke toiletries, complimentary water, tea & coffee making facilities with a Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary bottled water, complimentary Wi-Fi.
Guests staying in the Residence are kindly advised of the following:
• Breakfast and dinner are served in the main hotel building.
• Bar service is available exclusively at the hotel.
• Room service may be ordered and will be delivered to the Residence Lounge.
• Check-in and check-out takes place at the main hotel reception.
The Atholl Arms Hotel & Residence is a listed building, we are therefore limited with certain types of renovations. Listed buildings must maintain their original structural designs to preserve their history. Due to this, all of our rooms are located on the first, second and third floors. These floors are only accessible by stairs. Rooms are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users. We are sorry if means you are unable to stay with us.
