Dog Friendly Rooms

Dogs are welcome in most of our rooms and incur a dog charge. The dog charge is £20 per dog per night. When staying with us, we provide bowls, blankets and biscuits. Dogs are also welcome in the lounge, Z’s Bar&Bistro but not the Riverview restaurant. We can accommodate maximum 2 doggies in a dog-friendly room. Please note that this may depend on the breed and size of the dog(s). Please check availability directly with the hotel reception before finalising your booking.

You can rest assured that you and your beloved dog(s) will be well catered for. We even have our very own dog menu! Please advise reception so we can prepare these features for your dog’s arrival.

For safety reasons, dogs shouldn't be unattended in the room and must be kept on the leash in all public areas.

Should you or your dog have a Facebook or Instagram account, please tag the hotel (#athollarmsdunkeld) and share your pawsitive experiences with your pals and with us. Feel free to send us an email with your best-ever photo made in the hotel and we will post it on our website.

As a dog owner, you are responsible for any damage, deep cleaning, repair or replacement caused by your dog. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the The Atholl Arms Hotel, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your dog.

We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays inappropriate behaviour including, but not limited to, excessive barking, biting, and evidence of disease or illness. You will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your dog including transportation and kennel charges.
