Room cancellation policies

Cancellation policy- best available room and breakfast

Valid credit/debit card must be provided at the time of the booking to secure your reservation. Full payment will be taken 7 days prior arrival. In case of cancellation within the 7-day cancellation policy and/or in case you are unable to travel due to a test result or any other reasons, the hotel cannot take responsibility for your loss and no refund will be made for any funds. We recommend to check travel insurance policies to cover your incidental losses due to cancellations or if the travel plans change. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 7 days prior to arrival, due to unforeseeable circumstances. If we are unable to charge your card when the payment is due, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. Please ensure you have the correct funds available.

Cancellation policy - dinner, room & breakfast package

Advance Purchase Rates (including voucher bookings) Pre-payment to secure our best rates at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Table bookings in our restaurant and bistro

We require £10 per person deposit for all reservations to secure your table with us.

The Atholl Arms Hotel Dunkeld is an independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give us a minimum of 72 hours notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required otherwise the deposits are non refundable.

These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is now necessary.
