Riders can be comfortable in the knowledge that relevant landowners have approved all 16 routes, and provided they read and act on the information specific to each route regarding access, they will be welcomed as responsible riders.  Enjoy a plethora of accessible routes, ranging from easy flat riverside paths to more challenging treks into the hills and mountains. Some are ideal for families and visitors to the area who enjoy getting out on their bike, but may be unsure about where to start. And the relatively safe, quiet roads off the main routes also offer more leisurely family cycling.

Perthshire, especially highland Perthshire, is famed for its mountain scenery which provides unsurpassed opportunities for cyclists, most especially the fittest of mountain bikers and racers, since some of the mountains of Perthshire are amongst the highest in Scotland especially in The Loch Tay and Breadalbane areas. Many cycle tracks offer glorious scenic beauty.
